Delivery & Return Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on ShopTech.com.pk are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with order details and estimated delivery timeline.
2. Delivery Time & Charges
We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days for major cities, while remote areas may take 5–7 days. Delivery charges vary based on order value and location. Free delivery may be available on orders above a certain amount, as per promotions.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we provide a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your order status through our courier partner’s website. If you face any issues, our support team is always ready to assist you.
4. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:
Damaged during delivery
Defective or malfunctioning
Incorrect or not as described
Returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@shoptech.com.pk with your order number and issue details. Our team will verify your request and guide you on the pickup or return shipping process. Returns may require image/video proof for faster processing.
6. Refund & Exchange Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method. If you prefer, we can also offer an exchange for the same or similar product (subject to stock availability).
