Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Customers can return products within 7 days of receiving their order. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or not as described. The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@shoptech.com.pk or call +923352460970 Share your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos (if applicable). Our team will review and guide you through the return process.
4. Return Pickup or Shipping
We offer return pickups in selected cities. In other areas, customers may need to ship the item back using a trusted courier. Return shipping charges may apply unless the product was received damaged or incorrect. Details will be shared during the return process.
5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team inspects it within 2–3 business days. Approval is based on the item’s condition and return reason. If the item fails the inspection (used, damaged by customer), the return will be rejected and returned to you.
6. Refund Process
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, card, or wallet). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank details to transfer the amount.
7. Exchange Option
In cases where you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can arrange for a replacement of the same product or a similar one (subject to availability). Exchanges follow the same verification and return procedures.
